Combining world class education opportunities with the unique history, culture and the many public resorts, the city of Cambridge, Massachusetts is the best way to spend a beneficial and amusing summer.

The MIT Museum is a place that explores invention, ideas, and innovation. Home to renowned collections in science and technology, holography, architecture and design, nautical engineering and history, the Museum features changing and ongoing exhibitions, unique hands-on activities, and engaging public programs. The in-depth learning opportunities the Museum offers showcase the fascinating world of MIT and inspire creativity and provoke inquiry. 1

Harvard Museum of Natural History is one of the University's most visited museums. With Dinosaurs, meteorites, gemstones, and hundreds of mammals from all over the world, in addition to the world famous collection of 3,000 Blaschka Glass Flowers, you can see why the museum is so popular. You can also view a lot of changing exhibits, such as Sea Creatures in Glass and changing photography exhibitions.2

Along with its many museums and cultural sights the city of Cambridge offers many opportunities of relaxation and refreshment. Ryles is not your typical jazz venue. The club boasts two floors, which allows it to be the most diverse of any club in its genre. At Ryles Jazz Club, you can enjoy the "the best in live music", including major, national performers. 3

The Middle East Restaurant and Nightclub consists of three live-music performance rooms, two family-style restaurants with full-service bars, and an elegant restaurant named ZuZu (the childhood nickname of one of the proprietors). Several of the rooms also serve as art galleries, offering a fresh showcase for local and international artists on a monthly basis. Both the staff and the customers are an international mix of musicians, students, townspeople and professionals. 4
