The position (½ E13) is scheduled for three years.

The project is studying molecular mechanisms of graft versus host disease (GvHD) after allogeneous stem cell transplantation and alarm signalling in haematologic regeneration and development of GvHD. Our research should gain new insights into T cell dependent recognition of allo-antigens and pathomechanisms of GvHD.

The project will be conducted in close collaboration with the Medizinische Universitätsklinik, Abteilung II and the Department for Ophthalmology, Tübingen.

Candidates should be interested in immunology, molecular biology and stem cell transplantation. Skills in immunology, molecular biology and cell culture would be very helpful.
