The aim of our research is to proactively detect health risks for both humans and the environment, decoding the mechanisms of pathogenesis and developing concepts for prevention and therapy of diseases.

The Institute of Experimental Genetics is searching for the Genome Analysis Center a

PhD Position in METABOLOMICS m/f (D21/2009)

Job Description
- Analyses of effects of antidiabetic drugs on the metabolome of animal models and cell lines
- Expermiental work in the lab and bioinformatic analyses of data

Your Qualifications
- Master in biochemistry, chemistry, biology or similar fields
- Good knowledge of metabolic pathways
- Experiences in HPLC and mass spectrometry
- highly motivated and team oriented
